I was at my grocery store on Sunday, and they had a HUGE display of apples in the produce section. There must have been twenty different varieties of apples: big and small; red, yellow, and green; eating and baking; many varieties I've never seen before. I bought way too many and came home and made a list of all my favorite apple recipes, which I posted on my blog. From simple crisps to cozy breakfasts and even a fun snack for the kids, these recipes make the most of fall’s favorite fruit without a lot of fuss. You don’t need anything fancy: just basic ingredients, a little time, and maybe a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a bottle of real maple syrup. These are the kinds of recipes that feel seasonal and satisfying, whether you're baking for your kids, prepping ahead for the week, or just wanting something warm in the kitchen on a cool day. If apples are piling up, this is a great way to put them to good use.
